14-day returns

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Contact us with your order number before sending anything back.

Return shipping

You pay return shipping for a change of mind. We cover the cost of resolving damaged or incorrect items, including return shipping if we require the item back.

Damaged or incorrect items

Use our contact form with your order number and a description of the problem. Include clear photos of the item and shipping label if possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund for a damaged or incorrect item.

Return instructions

Contact us first for the correct return destination and instructions. Do not send returns to the sender address on your parcel unless we confirm it by email.

Refunds

Approved refunds go to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.
